Try the terrain launch option

  1. Open the game’s Properties in your Steam Library, then General → Launch Options.
  2. Add -msTessOnce 0 and relaunch the game. This is the developers’ workaround for invisible terrain, particularly on older hardware.
  3. If the problem continues, include your hardware and Player.log in a support report.
